We offer information and counselling on two options, namely continuing with the pregnancy and keeping the baby; and termination of pregnancy. If you choose termination of pregnancy, we offer safe, private and legal termination of pregnancy at all our centres located in Kathmandu and Lalitpur.

Because abortion is legal in nepal, it is available to any woman in any situation, as a means of coping with an unwanted pregnancy. We will also encourage you to discuss the pregnancy with your partner – this is also at your own discretion. We will never force you to divulge your pregnancy to anyone, and ultimately, the way you choose to deal with the pregnancy is your decision as  the termination or continuing of pregnancy entirely depends upon a woman's desire.

One who decides to terminate the pregnancy may come alone or with her partner.
